Her education in eating disorders began in Britain in the 1970’s with the forerunners in the eating disorder treatment field. In her 25+ years of treatment experience, she has performed both clinical and administrative functions in Britain and the United States. Denise’s unparalleled expertise and experience has lead to her intricate involvement in the formation of several eating disorder treatment programs, including those at St. Jude’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange County.
