For the past 30 + years as a professional chef, Bill has cooked in some of the finest restaurants in Orange County. Throughout his career, he has worked with many notable chefs, including the late Julia Child, and he has been acclaimed by the L.A. Times and O.C. Register for his skills. Bill and his partner Judi Volpe, an expert in presentation and decoration, are the owners/operators of a successful Orange County catering company, where they are currently one of the preferred product providers for Mother’s Markets.
