The admission process begins with an initial phone consultation with our clinical director. Miramar Health offers a no obligations consultation to anyone seeking assistance. Upon mutual determination to proceed, a medical clearance through our consulting physician or through the participant’s personal physician will be obtained. Immediately subsequent to admission, participants receive a comprehensive, individual medical nutrition therapy assessment and meal plan from our registered dietitian preparatory to group treatment, education and progression to normalized eating.

Many insurance carriers may reimburse much of the cost of program treatment. Our billing coordinator can provide appropriate documentation to participants in order that compensation may be pursued. Program sessions are pre-paid in six session increments. Further admission and payment information is available through our admissions coordinator. All inquiries are strictly confidential.
